Because we believe the quality is the most important for our customers, we have decided to establish and maintain the quality system in line with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001, good manufacturing practice and FSC®.

HYGIENE POLICY

The management and all the employees are committed to meeting our clients’ requirements, legal and regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of the FEFCO GMP standard which ensures the good manufacturing practice in companies involved in the production of cardboard products.

In order to achieve this policy we have included all employees in product quality assurance efforts. Thus we strive to implement all production processes with due regard for hygiene rules.

We encourage the training of all our employees and have controls of working activities in place to be able to ensure compliance with the rules of good manufacturing practice as well as the safety and quality of our products.

Because we believe that the quality is the most important for our customers, we have decided to establish and maintain the rules of good manufacturing practice in connection with the quality assurance system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.

The management has established a hygiene policy. During each annual management review it checks how the policy and its objectives are being implemented and it supplements them accordingly.

Our hygiene policy is as follows:

  • our main guiding principle is the quality and safety of our products
  • we respect and implement the legislation in the area of our work
  • we provide education, training and motivation to our employees to ensure the quality of work while taking into account the hygiene rules and good manufacturing practice
  • we improve our processes through continuous training of our staff, introduction of new solutions, improvements and measurement of the results achieved
  • we strictly follow the requirements of the FEFCO GMP standard.

In order to achieve this policy we have included all employees in product quality assurance efforts. With well-planned and coordinated work we try to perform all our tasks properly, in a timely manner and at competitive prices.

We encourage the training of all our employees, introduce new technologies for measurements and inspections, state-of-the-art equipment and organisational solutions aimed at reducing the response time, lowering the costs and improving the quality of our work.

By consistently abiding to the quality assurance policy, implementing quality management system procedures, performing internal audits, and identifying the risks and opportunities as well as stakeholders in the context of our business activities, we monitor the performance of the quality management system, while continuously improving our operations with the introduction of new measures.

We strive to enhance the satisfaction of our clients and employees by introducing continuous improvements, and we wish to provide a wider social community with quality products and services.

ANNEX B

Self – Declaration

regarding FSC-POL-01-004

(Policy for Association of Organizations with FSC®)

The signing Organization is associated with the Forest Stewardship Council A.C., or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates (hereinafter FSC®) by being either a member of or having a contractual relationship with FSC®. Hereby the signing Organization explicitly states that it has read and understood the »Policy for the Association of Organizations with FSC®« us published under www.fsc.org. This policy stipulates FSC®‘s position with regards to unacceptable activities by organizations and individuals which already are or would like to be associated with FSC® as well as the mechanism for disassociation.

In light of the above, the Organization explicitly agrees currently and in the future, as long as the relationship with FSC® exists, not to be directly or indirectly Involved in the following unacceptable activities:

a) Illegal logging or the trade in illegal wood or forest products
b) Violation of traditional and human rights in forestry operations
c) Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations
d) Significant conversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use
e) Introduction of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations
f) Violation of any of the ILO Core Conventions, as defined in the ILO Declaration on the Fundamental
Principles and Rights at Work.
